Our mission is to Develop, Enhance and Maintain Profitability and Equity for every Pepperidge Farm Owner
POAA Gives Meaning to the Motto: "In Business For Yourself, Not By Yourself."
IT'S BEGINNING TO LOOK A LOT LIKE...
Nothing quite says the holidays as the sweet and savory smells emanating from kitchens all around the world. From traditional butter cookies, ginger snaps and peppermint twists to roasts with seasonal stuffings, toasted breads and special spices that nearly everyone looks forward to in December. Every owner already knows that the holidays are basically synonymous with good food in general, and cookies in particular, but not a single owner actually knows why PF continues to sell for itself the limited supplies of best selling varieties it caps and cuts from our weekly DSD orders. Although TeamPOAA appreciates all of your excellent feedback, questions and reports about other serious issues, such as PF’s improper calculation and accounting of commissions due to Consignees through its Pallet Operations for Walmart and club stores (stay tuned for more details), we still have not received a single report from anyone who knows how PF determines actual consumer demand, the extent to which that demand actually exceeds PF’s production capabilities, or why PF does not allocate equal proportions of its supposedly short supplies of Consigned Products. Indeed, it's beginning to look a lot like...PF is the Grinch who stole Christmas...cookie sales from IDP's.
TeamPOAA values all of your feedback and respects the calls for collective action, and we hope that everyone understands our leaders and volunteers are working diligently to help protect the equity of every owner’s small business. Rather than respond to each of the countless complaints that PF’s MSL (Market Sales Leaders) and ZSM (Zone Sales Managers) will not (most likely because they cannot) provide any meaningful information about serious ongoing issues, we created the image below to provide the name, title and email address of CPB executives with actual authority over PF’s operations. These corporate executives not only can, but are duty bound to provide open and honest answers to IDP (Independent Distributor Partners) questions and concerns about PF’s policies and practices. We encourage every owner who is mailing holiday greeting cards to family and friends, to also mail their questions and concerns to the appropriate executive at PF’s corporate HQ in Norwalk, Connecticut - and to email courtesy copies to both the executive and TeamPOAA at <firstname.lastname@example.org>.
