I don't usually send out more than one mailing per month, but I have a really good reason for this extra communication: I've just finished a new video and I couldn't wait to tell you all about it!

As some of you may know, I've created larger online courses in the past, but this is TOTALLY different. This is a single, 10-minute video about harvesting and cooking with fresh and dried rose hips. And get this: it costs THREE DOLLARS.

You heard me.

Here's why I did that. As a forager, I know that one of the things that appeals to us is FREE FOOD. We're a thrifty bunch, and I wanted to make this video so affordable that anyone could buy it. (I'm also hoping that at this low price I'll sell a zillion of them.) That being said, I can't promise it will be always be $3. But it is for now, and I hope you'll take advantage of this crazy low price.

Rose hips are something most of us can harvest right now, even if there's snow on the ground. And if that delicious cocktail next to my laptop piqued your curiosity, rest assured the video ends with me making that cocktail and sharing the recipe with you.
