Eggplant Capanatina is a fresh and zesty specialty appetizer which can accent almost any meal. It begins with mildly sauteed eggplant under low heated extra virgin olive oil in company with a medley of onions, celery, and tomatoes. As a separate process, capers and olives are hot infused with special vinegars, light cane sugar and seasonings Both preparations are then incorporated and refrigerated.
This item is produced in-house and is exclusive to our shop. Best served chilled.

Delmonico steak (or Delmonico) refers to a method of preparation from one of several cuts of beef (typically the Rib Cut). It's name originates from the preparation used by Delmonico's Restaurant in New York City during the mid-19th century. Our store carries hand trimmed USDA "Choice" or better boneless rib-eye which resembles a Fiilet Mignon in appearance, but because of its more marbled nature is moister. The Delmonico Steak served by the current iteration of Delmonico's in New York is a boneless ribeye.
Our beef products are quality graded USDA Choice or Better - Always.
