ARGO MANUFACTURERS' DAY
For the second year, RBR is organizing a day for industry partners of the global Argo program to meet and discuss technical developments following the Argo Steering Team meeting. Being held in Victoria, Canada, in the middle of March, all the principal float and sensor manufacturers will participate. RBR's involvement in Argo is growing rapidly with many collaborative projects deployed and more in development with Argo scientists and industry partners. The Argo community is keen to have multiple suppliers to improve lead-times and service, and to reduce uncompetitive practises.

MEET OUR AGENTS
For more than thirty years, RS Aqua has been providing their clients in the UK outstanding experience and support in all aspects of operational, engineering and oceanographic measurements at sea. It is the people at RS Aqua that make a difference. Their staff includes a dedicated team of highly-qualified technical, operational, and oceanographic experts. RBR and RS Aqua formalized their working relationship in early 2014 and have been successful in building a strong level of sales and support services for UK customers.

Recently, RS Aqua have supplied three fast response RBRmaestro CTDs with integrated fluorometers to Bangor University for a long-term coastal observatory project around the coast of North Wales. Another recent sale to ASV Global includes two fast-response RBRconcerto CTDs for use on their fleet of autonomous surface vehicles for water column profiling and sound velocity measurements.
