Life in Lock-Down

April 2020 will go down in history. I’m not interested in getting into the discussion about the pros and cons of the activities or should I say inactivity’s of our world at the moment. Separating facts from fiction, truth from deception will always be filtered through the chosen perceptions and beliefs of the individual. There will always be many credible and contradictory sides to every story.

All I can say with certitude is that each of us is adding to the creative energy of the collective reality by our energetic participation. The interesting thing is that the quantum field is completely non-judgmental; any intention will affect outcome.

Quantum mechanics has proven that the same experiment can be given to ten scientists to conduct in a controlled environment. However, if each of them has been mentally and/or emotionally primed to anticipate a certain outcome each will get the outcome they expected. This is the result of their intentions adding information to the quantum field and influencing the outcome. In medicine this is known as the placebo effect.

I am and always have been focused on my individual contribution to ‘my world’, it is the only one I have any control over. Who I am is the foundation of my ability to be of service to others. I like to keep in mind St Francis of Assisi famous prayer and Gandhi's well know quote:

“God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
The courage to change the things I can;
And wisdom to know the difference.”
---------------
“Be the change your wish to see in the world.”

Generally, this lock-down has had little effect on my life, other than I have had to postpone a couple of workshops. It has, however, got me to engage more in my online, Skype and WhatsApp coaching and consulting with clients from all over the world. It has also given me much more time to think about how I may be of ever increasing value in this fast-changing world.

As most of you already know, I believe that human value has very little to do with the fact that we are alive and consuming resources and a great deal to do with the contribution we are making to the society we serve and the way we treat this planet that graciously provides us with the platform for our service, learning, growth and evolution.

Our job, in this fast-changing world, is to work out how to adapt or like everything else that resists change, become extinct. Both will create interesting new learning and experiences and it is entirely up to us.  History have shown us that it is not the strongest, most intelligent or best schooled of any species that survives but the one that adapts to change the quickest.

Adapting to change is a natural process, it is our fear of the unknown that gets the better of us. There are no guarantees in life; we hope things will go according to plan and that the knowledge of yesterday will protect us today.

Being able to courageously adapt to change may not seem easy but we are doing it despite our resistance. We do this by working on every aspect of our development; by letting go, as quickly as possible, of all the things that give us the illusion of safety and stability and our historical point of view. This all starts with the letting go of yesterday’s beliefs and perceptions that keep us reliving our historical point of view.

Letting go of debilitating fear and embracing the excitement of the new adventure into the unknown in the knowledge that we have always overcome all that has been placed on our path and that we will always be able to in the future. We all have an inner knowledge that we are far greater than we currently understand and have huge resources in our ‘birth toolbox’ that we must now learn to use. Only new circumstances afford us the opportunity to rethink and rework the possibilities of this toolbox; now is the perfect time!

Remember in the bigger picture time is only an illusion of this dimension of energy, and whether we believe it or not, we all chose to be here on earth at this moment for the learning that we came here to receive. We are all equipped with everything we need for the experience; we just need to open our minds and toolbox, then allow ourselves to be guided by our hearts and intuition. To do this we need to take back our personal power; that power that we have been so well schooled into giving away to ‘authority figures’. We really do know what is best for ourselves!

Are your thoughts and emotions feeding the problem or inspiring the solution?
Fear and anxiety are well known contributors to the weakening of our immune system and we are all continuously being bombarded with information, or is it dis-information that is creating fear, anxiety and confusion in the mind of the general population.

Is what you are feeding your consciousness working for or against your best interests, your perfect health, abundance and overall quality of life? Is your energetic input stimulating the economy or helping it to die? It is all in your hands!

Christine and I are here to support you navigate through this exciting new adventure of change. We are enjoying our online coaching and judging from the feedback so are our clients who are getting amazing results. For the duration of the lock down our fee is by donation, you determine the value you are receiving.

You are the master of your thoughts, actions and emotional relationship with everything, where are yourdirecting your energies?

I look forward to being of service.
David

Is the fear of death stopping you from living?

Right now, the world is in a state of panic and confusion as Jim Carrey aptly puts it: “The virus has proved that the entire world can be easily manipulated through fear by simply controlling media, academia and medicine.”

I understand that there are many who are too afraid to acknowledge this and feel safe handing over responsibility for their health and safety to the “authorities.” They are content to follow orders from those in power without questioning their validity and it their sovereign right to do so.  Every coin has two sides, that is what makes things whole and healing is only possible through wholeness; we would not understand light if there was no darkness and to pretend that either one does not exist is simply unrealistic.
One cannot help marvel at how the planet is recovering and the good that is happening, how this crisis has brought to the fore the loving, kind and generous nature of so many, but at the same time we cannot ignore the reality that healthy people are being locked down because of fear and our freedom to work and serve taken away, while our economy is collapsing and the poorest are starving while corruption and abuse of power is rampant. People are starting to protest and there will be casualties, sadly to add insult to injury in our country the situation is turning into a racist and hatred pandemic too.

Yes, we have lost many lives and we are going to lose many more if we do not wake up. My heart goes out to those of you who are mourning and send love to those worried about their own or their loved ones' health and well-being, and to all those who have lost their livelihood. We are waging war on a virus and deluding ourselves that we can hide from it at home instead of supporting our immune system and allowing it to do its work.  (See left column for tips on boosting your immune system)

Is the fear of death preventing us from living? I think so, personally I subscribe to Thomas Jefferson thinking: “ I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery.”

Changes are inevitable and crises will come and go, despite it all life is still good and wonderful, I am grateful for the gift of life,  for my healthy body for my mind my feelings, my ability to contemplate to reflect,  for the courage to express my truth, for those who agree with me and for those who disagree with me for they help me to questions my perceptions and beliefs.

“Your capacity to allow people to live a truth completely opposite to yours, without shutting off your compassion for them is a reflection of how powerful your love is.”

I pride myself as being a truth seeker maybe I am delusional! I do my best to contemplate all sides and challenge the authorities and my own beliefs, and I am willing to be wrong. In my view to follow “authorities” blindly without questioning their motives and speculative decisions is pure insanity and there is no integrity in pretending to agree either; and to allow our fear of death to blind us and refuse to see what is transpiring while we are locked away would be acting like the proverbial ostrich.

“In the midst of every crisis lies a great opportunity.” – Albert Einstein

A part of me is enjoying the luxury of time that the virus has given me, but that is because I can afford to feed myself and I can still serve by offering online coaching and distance healing. That does not mean that I consent to the violation of my freedom, to the abuse of power and the manipulation through fear. Do you consent to the violation of the sovereignty and freewill of the human race?

Meditation and Reiki helps me stay centered and focused upon loving kindness and compassionate action, but kindness and compassion for myself starts with my ability to say NO to that which violates my values. Humanity is in a critical time of choosing the way we will evolve forward at a global level.

I invite you to take a moment and ask yourself what is this crisis showing you about who you are?
We can rest assured that whatever the outcome of this pandemic in the end it will be the consequence of our actions or lack thereof.

Reach out if you would like support to navigate these extraordinary times,

May love light your way always
Christine

”My times with Dave leave me curious, open, motivated, powerful, determined and sometimes challenged. I'm thankful to have met him and to have my eyes opened to new perspectives, some I was ready to hear, others not. He is a rare breed that captures you, feeds your soul till it's overflowing, then just waits for you to fly. People need more 'Dave's' in their lives; people like me.”
Alison. Boston, USA.

I had a skype meeting with David nearly 2 weeks ago; So very glad I did! Not that I can remember everything we discussed, but I do remember a few things. I love that he said if I really wanted to die, go and find a Native American and learn how to sit under a tree and leave my body. Or if I want to live then start showing up and getting on with life.

My daughter Dakota who passed away 2 years and 4 months ago, or as David so aptly put it, “she changed energy form” certainly would not want me moping and living in continual misery. I feel that I am waking, getting more energy since David helped me to face reality, and get back to living with purpose.

I did the TAG course with David nearly 30 years ago, which transformed my life back then.

I would highly recommend taking some coaching with David, and even better yet, get into one of his courses. He has a wealth of information and wisdom and opens your eyes to a new reality.

Love you Dave. Forever grateful that our paths have crossed in this lifetime.”

“Thank you for the past weeks that I've had the opportunity to spend with you. Thank you for all the value that you imparted to my life; it has been a rollercoaster past few weeks regarding my self-discovery. I have realised how incredibly strong my mindset is, my whole life changed when I started focussing on the most positive, sweet and successful outcomes I can think of.

I found myself thinking more than ever, it almost felt like I wanted to think about bad situations and thoughts that would always get the better of me... So that I could deal with it, and two weeks later. There’s not one bad thought or memory that I don't have control over! Things have really been falling in place and I'm so thankful for the opportunity to have been able to spend time with you. Especially as a business owner down in the slumps during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Thank you again Dave, I hope to spend some more time with you very soon.
Rickus - South Africa

“Christine’s insightful coaching made me feel heard and supported, she helped me identify what was important to me and what I had to offer.

She helped me overcome my self-doubt and fears and restore faith in life, myself and awaken my creativity.

Thank you for your candour and deep caring, I was nervous reaching out to you, my friend had warned me that you were very direct and did not beat around the bush, your ability cut though the nonsense and redirect my focus was no helpful ” – Kirstin April 2020
