In Need of 'UnCommon' Sense that seems to escape
David is Ponders Delusion
"Knowing about something is only of interest value ... knowing how to do something never got anything done. It is the diligent application of appropriate action that is responsible for all the achievements in the world."
Attending my workshops do not create 'miracles'; not even God can do that; God does not over-ride Universal Law or interfere with free will. TAG Consciousness is not a series of workshops ... it's a consciously chosen, disciplined way of life.
Over my 45 years of teaching I have never met one person whose life changed because they 'attended' one of my workshops. But for those who chose to give their all to the process, diligently applying all the principles they discovered; and question the validity of their most cherished beliefs discarding everything that no longer served them; 'miracles' happened. Profound changes like; moving from survival mode to wealth and opulence, from being terminally ill to being healthy, from being drug dependent to being free of addiction; the list is endless for those who turned what they learned into a way of life.
The abundance of Universal help that is readily available to All will never interfere with or over-ride our free will or the law of cause and effect. The Universe never breaks its own rules.; it does not feel sorry for anyone, it never props anyone up or bails anyone out ... it always creates the perfect outcome for our learning and evolution and patiently watches and waits for us to acquire the wisdom needed for the fulfilment of our life on Planet Earth.
We are not entitled to anything, everything has to be earned by the perfect application of universal principles. Jesus said, "As you sow, so shall you reap" and "If you think like I think, do as I do, you shall enter the Kingdom, it is within you."
Misguided, but well intentioned, parents cripple the very people they are attempting to help by breaking the laws of the Universe. Propping people up, giving them a standard of living that they are not earning or prepared to work for, and constantly rescuing them from the consequences of their actions creates a deluded perception of life and a culture of entitlement.
The underlying force behind such benevolent behaviour is often mistaken for love, but does not question the love of what. According to Socrates, "The unexamined life is not worth living." In my view, the need to save others stems from our own unexamined need to be saved. Am I delusional? I leave you with these questions:
- Is it an addiction to having people dependant on us, that drives well meaning people to such behaviours?
- Could it be an unconscious love of power that creates our need for dependency?
- Or is our motive driven by shame or guilt?
- Or the need for recognition?
"The choice is to either fix yourself
or you try to fix the truth.
With one you will attain to the highest,
with the other you turn into trash."
On a lighter note as we are now approaching the festive season; Yes I believe in Father Christmas ... the principle, not the parable. I doubt whether there is a benevolent old man with white hair and beard sitting in a toy factory at the North Pole taking orders ... but the idea of millions of willing helpers delivering love and gifts all over the world is definitely not a figment of a childish imagination.
May this time of generosity, of giving and receiving, of sharing of unconditional love be all that you are prepared to make it and would like it to be.
2018 has been a year of great introspection and change for me; a fantastic year! We wrapped up the year with the TAG Grad Advanced workshop on the 1st and 2nd of December. It was a truly insightful and inspiring experience for all of us. I have already been asked to do another one next year for the people who could not make this one. See Schedule of 2019 Workshop on the left.
The feedback I have received from most of my clients has been that despite the general insanity in popular thinking and behaviour, things have been good. From an economic perspective although both the local and global economies have been generally sluggish they have been able to stay far ahead of the pack in their chosen field. TAG Consciousness works!
If you would like to meet with me to discuss my services for you and your team in the new year please feel free to contact me
The famous Re-Inventing Me
workshop is first on the agenda for 2019 A great way to start the year by letting go of all that no longer serve you and create a sustainable successful and affluent year.
A big thank you for your support and contribution to my growth and development. I hope it has been your best year ever.
THANK YOU is the best prayer that I can say as I look back over the past year, a year filled with challenges, miracles, frustrations and wonder. This inspiring poem about Gratitude by Rumi says it all:
"This being human is a guest house.
Every morning a new arrival.
A joy, a depression, a meanness,
some momentary awareness comes
As an unexpected visitor.
Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they’re a crowd of sorrows,
who violently sweep your house
empty of its furniture,
still treat each guest honorably.
He may be clearing you out
for some new delight.
The dark thought, the shame, the malice,
meet them at the door laughing,
and invite them in.
Be grateful for whoever comes,
because each has been sent
as a guide from beyond."
It has been a privilege and a joy to work alongside Dave, to accompany you on your healing journeys to John of God. To welcome you in my healing space and help you make sense of life or simply channel the energy so you could face life feeling revitalized and supported. Thank you for the opportunity to heal and grow together, for your love and support.
I will be taking a well deserved break from the 23rd of December to the 12th of January to relax, replenish and enjoy some time with my family. I wish you and your loved one a happy Christmas and a joyful holiday season.
May love light your way always.
