Happy Spring Parents!

As we continue with our Middle School Monday series, we wanted to spend some time sharing with you some of the various reasons our students love St. Therese Catholic School for middle school! Check out the quotes below this week and stay tuned next week for more!

Frank - 6th Grade: 

"I like that you can see your whole class, every day in class, at recess and at lunch. Everybody knows each other so well and people accepted me right away as a new kid and I don’t feel new anymore!"

Reece - 7th Grade: 

"I like the play because it's a great time to bond with other kids in middle school than just your class. Also, I really like to act and be on stage. I also just really like the process. I like seeing all the parts of the play come together and form into one thing. The play lets me get to know other kids better." 

Will - 7th Grade: 

"The teachers at St. Therese are great. Mrs. Huschke is an amazing teacher and she helps me to understand the concepts. Mrs. Hoffman makes learning science very fun. And Mr. Gorrilla is great for learning basketball. The teachers are happy and you feel comfortable around them! They teach in a fun way!" 

Ellie - 7th Grade: 

"We get plenty of free time and get to use our energy by doing physical movement. I liked Wolf Ridge because it was fun, and we got to do a bunch of fun things like rock climbing, skiing, and high ropes courses. Recess is a fun break and not many middle schools have it. Gym is also fun because we get to move around and don’t have structured work."

Morgan - 7th Grade: 

"I love the cooking elective because it is fun and we get to eat food after. I enjoyed the Wolf Ridge trip because it was great to spend time with friends and get to learn outside. I also love acting in the play! It is fun and I enjoy trying something new. I also loved having small classes! When I was at my old school, I had like 30 students in my class and wasn't able to get help. I love St. Therese because I get help if I'm confused and they will help you to understand what you are learning."
