New Collaborative Website!

The projects team have developed a new website as a platform to share learning from the collaborative.

The website will be updated regularly with news and event summaries, best practice guides and case studies, useful resources, information about support and training and more!

If anything is missing, or you have any content requests, please get in touch.

The deadline to complete the collaborative quarterly monitoring forms is 31st May.
The quarterly monitoring forms now have a new ‘data’ tab. This will allow us to monitor progression with routine outcome monitoring in more detail until the HSCIC data analysis is fully established for CYP IAPT services.

Implementation Groups

The Participation Workers Group met in April 2016 to share current participation work including waiting room whiteboards, coffee mornings for parents/carers, repainting clinics with YP, you said/we did boards, developing recruitment training for YP. The group also talked about ideas for the future such as waiting list events, site visits by the Young Advisors and an upcoming event in August to reward and showcase YP who are involved in participation. Tools such as the Skills tracker were thought to be useful among the group.
The next Participation workers group is 16th June

Looked After Children (LAC)

The LAC group last met in November 2015 with a focus on outcomes measures and data. Working from during the event compiled a list of 'top tips' for using tools in clinical practice and a draft recommended data set for direct work with LAC and/or carers.
The next LAC group is 30th June

The Data Meeting on 10th March 2016 saw over 45 clinicians, data managers, assistant psychologists and service leads gather together to bring expertise and learning around data in CYP IAPT. You can read a write up of the event and watch presentations on the collaborative website by clicking here.
The next Data meeting is 23rd June

Under 5's

The under 5's implementation group led on from some national work trying to identify usable outcomes tools for this age group - the London and South East CYP IAPT Collaborative implementation group work built on this and made great progress towards collating a list of useful tools and ways of working - all work in progress at this stage but the next group will hope to turn these from its and ideas into a consensus agreement

Learning Disabilities (LD)

The LD implementation group pushed itself to come up with a consensus on guidance for measures to use for outcomes monitoring across LD services  - the group produced a 'product' that has gained traction at a regional national level being presented at the CAMHS nation conference earlier in the year and presented to commissioners across London a Healthy London Partnership event - copies of the LD outcomes guidance can be found here

If you would like to attend any of the implementation groups, please get in touch
