Welcome to our last newsletter of 2018!
Our last clean-up of the year will be on Sunday 25th November, Fergus Drive, 10.30am–12.30pm. Please lend a hand if you can. It's a great way to tidy things up a bit, get rid of some leaves to make the pavements safer & have a chat with your neighbours. Meet outside the old Curves building. (Speaking of Curves, well over 350 comments were sent in regarding the recent planning application. The date of the decision has not been announced yet.)
Following our AGM last month we now have 9 full members on the council, which is the most we've had for a while. We're especially grateful to new members for stepping up!
Our first meeting of the new year will be Tuesday 8th January, 6.30pm, at St Charles Church Hall, 1 Kelvinside Gardens, G20 6BG. As usual, the meeting is open to all residents.

- The Sixty Steps Preservation Trust AGM, Tuesday 27 November, 7.30pm, at Kelvinbridge Parish Church on Belmont Street bridge
- Dunard Primary School Winter Fair, Friday 30th November, 3–5pm (speaking of Dunard PS, a big thank you to the P6/P7 pupils who helped us with our bulb planting!)
- Les Sirènes Christmas Concert 2018, Friday 14th December, at the Mackintosh Church, Queen’s Cross, 870 Garscube Road; tickets £10/£6 conc. It's a wonderful venue for a concert.
