Welcome to the November Panda Yoga Newsletter.
Dear <<First Name>>,
October was a busy month with travel to Portugal and getting some late sunshine then St Margaret's Open doors weekend. It was a great weekend, it's amazing what happens in the building so I hope you got to explore the different studios and find out what else happens in St Margaret's House. It was great to meet so many new people and introduce yin yoga to new people.
November is going to be a month of learning and development for me. This weekend I am learning more about Feldenkrais for Yoga with Daniel Gelblum, then a weekend of focusing on the hips and pelvis and then four days of restorative yoga teacher training the final week of November. All of this means that I will be bringing some new ideas to classes over the next few weeks.
The first of these is that the Yin Yoga for Flexibility class on Wednesday 9th November will be a silent class. The poses will be ones that we've been doing in class over the past two months and I'll still be assisting with getting you into the right position even if it's not verbally. As such this class is only for those who have come along to classes regularly rather than beginners.
All other classes this month are able to be joined by both beginners and those who have come along before. Classes can now be booked via Book When as well as email, or message via Facebook.
A reminder of the regular weekly timetable,
Monday 7-8pm - Yin Yoga
Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm - Yin Yoga for Flexibility
Wednesday 7.45-8.45pm - Yin Yoga
Also this month Unwind Edinburgh is starting to teach classes in Panda Yoga Studio on Friday's from 10.30am to 11.30am.
Looking forward to seeing you on the mat soon,
