International Intensive Training
in Bangalore, India

September 3 - 12, 2016

Why go to India for an IIT?

Because it is a fascinating country, where everything is possible, and magic happens all the time!
- Kirsten Kristensen, Trainer, Denmark

COMING FULL CIRCLE

In 2004, Marshall offered an IIT in Bangalore, and another in Pune in 2006.
Starting in the winter of 2008, annual NVC Conventions were organized, each time in a different part of the country. Participants and trainers from far and wide -- Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Belgium, Denmark, England, France, Korea, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Sweden, USA, and many more -- converged in India every year to contribute to the growing NVC community in the subcontinent.
And now we have another IIT on the horizon!

The biggest celebration is that we have a growing community of Certification Candidates, so this IIT will offer them the support, learning, inspiration and community they are longing for!

What is an IIT?

  • A residential nine-day NVC 'immersion' experience
  • An experiential retreat for developing NVC skills and consciousness
  • An opportunity to learn and practice NVC with Certified Trainers
  • A safe environment for personal growth
  • A time to make deep connections
  • A group of people from different cultures working together toward transformed relationships and social systems

What will it be like?

  • Touching and inspiring
  • Informal and supportive
  • Memorable, for sure

How will I learn?

  • By listening, participating, sharing community space, and living NVC for nine very meaningful days

I celebrate all the contributions and hard work that have built the tradition of the annual Convention in India and continued the spread of NVC. If you want an IIT experience with a truly international flavour, this could be the one for you!

Trainer and Assessor, UK.
