Thank you for joining us in prayer this week.  We acknowledge together that God is greater, that he is our hope and comfort and that he reigns over all things.

ELLERINGTON FAMILY PLANT SURF CHURCHES AROUND THE WORLD!!

Please pray for Richard & Regi Ellerington and their children as they begin a new season of ministry of helping people to plant surf churches around the world.

“THAT EVERY SURFER MIGHT HAVE ACCESS TO A SURF FRIENDLY CHURCH”

Sent by Elim Missions and working in partnership with Christians Surfers International and the Surf Church Collective they hope to drive forward church planting for the surf and beach communities around the world.

Please pray for:
1. Pray for the surfers and beach communities of the world.
2. Pray for "Christian Surfers" as they share their faith globally.
3. Pray for the 20 Surf Churches that have been planted over the last few years.
4. Pray that God would raise up new church planters to reach the surf world.
Pray for the whole family as they hit the road sharing the love of Jesus and help plant churches globally.

ZISO & NICKI MOYO - ZAMBIA

Celebrations: New church plants that have been established over the last few weeks.
A new bus and light truck that are coming into Ndola in the next day or two to help with the ministry of Oasis.

Challenges:  We are heading to N. Ireland for Christmas... please pray that things will run smoothly here while we are away.
Also for leaders/pastors to rise up to help us with the ongoing ministry.

EARTHQUAKE IN PHILIPPINES

One of our missionaries requests prayer for Cotabato in southern Philippines. They get tremors and have had the three earthquakes over the last few weeks. There has been a lot of damage, with some deaths. Please pray plates will settle and for those affected.

LIZ FACE - ROMANIA

Celebrations:  The continuing work with the teens here especially the summer camp we held with 32 teenagers from the Roma community. The theme was "I am not ashamed".  A clear gospel message was presented and for those who already know Christ, they received encouragement and help in ways to share their faith.
A year after the house was re-opened after the fire we see God continuing to bless the  work here using the place to enable us to reach many young people and help them to understand God's word, there were nearly eighty at the Teens Bible study last week.
We have been blessed as God has brought in new groups from other countries and organisations to use the house and centre as a training base.

Challenges:  All our vehicles (very much needed to facilitate the work here) are rather old and take time and finances to keep them running (and legal!). As winter approaches pray that we will be able to keep mobile and that finances will be provided to be able to replace as we need to. We have had some amazing provision from God in this area in the past and trust this will continue.
Pray that as we move forward in making this a place of training, where God's people are equipped for works of service we will have wisdom, resources and opportunity to do this.

MACEDONIA - WEATHER CONDITIONS

Please pray for difficult weather conditions in Macedonia as they experience smog over the winter period.  The air quality is very poor particularly in areas where Elim missionaries are based.
