Fundraising
Inclusive World was a proud participant in the Almaden Harvest Festival. The mission of the fair is to enable each non-profit organization partner to deliver its message and further its cause, all individuals aligned with our goal of creating an inclusive community. Inclusive World had a table of painted clay tea candle holders and diyas (lamps) and canvas art for sale at our outreach booth with our volunteers.
Inclusive World had a Facebook fundraising event for Giving Tuesday! In honor of #GivingTuesday, the money raised as part of the FB fundraiser between the dates of Nov 29th and Dec 13th will be matched up to $1,000 by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. We got an overwhelming support through donations from various friends and patrons and are happy many believe in the wonderful values of Inclusive World!
We are now signed up on smile.amazon.com. Our request is for our supporters to make their amazon purchases through this website and pick Inclusive World as their charity organization of choice, for Amazon to give back 0.5% of their eligible purchases.

Volunteer Jobs and Employment
Inclusive World continues volunteer jobs with Girl Scouts of San Jose where our two volunteers work on e-filing Girls Scouts Awards documentation: Tasks include Scanning, organizing digital folders and shredding scanned documents. We have one volunteer at Art of Living Finance Department in San Jose who scans official documents and maintains digital folders to help minimize storage of physical copies of documents. We are very happy to share that three more volunteers will start jobs at Art of Living, West San Jose, by January. Our Volunteer jobs program continues to provide key job skills that candidates need to seek gainful employment.
In mid-July, Inclusive World created a partnership with the well renowned 'The Arc San Francisco' to refer candidates to their Career and Development program. We referred two candidates and both candidates attended on-site interviews. While we await results, we are excited about the potential job opportunities for our youth through partnerships such as this.
