News from DAMA UK - June 2021
We are pleased to have received a record number of applications for the Committee elections. The deadline for applications is 31 May and a voting link will be sent to all DAMA UK Members on 1 June. Voting will be open for 3 weeks. This is a great opportunity to support the UK Chapter and the growing membership as well as enrich your volunteering experience.

23 June (5.30-6.30 pm)
A members only webinar on Presentation Practice - If you attended or watched our members only webinar about the importance of building a personal online brand, you know how useful presenting on webinars can be and how daunting for some... Limited to 5 delegates, the sessions will provide support and guidance in a small safe environment.
The session will be facilitated by two committee members with the format as follows:

- You receive feedback from everyone else on the webinar
CDMP - With a successful May Boot Camp completed, we are keeping our trainer busy with another in July. Unfortunately this one is now fully booked but a waiting list is running. The final Boot Camp of 2021, takes place in October, 18th-20th, again the format is virtual. There are some spaces available, click here to book. Dates for 2022 will be released later in the year.
Mentoring - the scheme is currently under review. We are hoping to make the process of applying much smoother and the matching of mentee to mentor much quicker.
Website - we continue to make improvements and are seeking content from our members. If you have a white paper or article that you feel would be suitable and of interest to our members, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org for consideration and approval by the committee.
