Headhunter, Revolutionizing Job Search

Headhunter, founded by Dothan, Alabama resident Brent Skipper, offers a whole new way to find the perfect job and the perfect candidates. The app uses short video clips to let businesses and applicants show off what a paper resume can't quite convey. Learn more about what Skipper calls "the modern resume" here.


Gfaith Takes Off

Gfaith, a Christian media company run by Bay County residents Bryan Joy and Josh Reid, also has launched its first product, the Gfaith Video Platform. Like a "YouTube for Christians," the app offers sermons and Christian messages for free viewing worldwide, plus transcription technology that lets viewers search for keywords and relevant clips. UWF grad's Beast Code reshapes military training

Michelin, GM unveil airless tire prototype Uptis 
Almost a year after Hurricane Michael, debris is still claiming tires daily in the Panhandle. Uptis, an airless, punctureless tire, could help. The tires in the Unique Puncture-proof Tire System feature treads throughout and no sidewalls, meaning no punctures and no flats.
