At the SnowBLAST event on January 30, hundreds of people played our recycling game and roasted their own s’mores over bonfires in Huset Park.

Pollinator challenge

Our food chain depends on pollinators. Columbia Heights is committing to restoring critical pollinator habitats in 2021. And you can help! PRIDE celebration

One way or another, HeightsNEXT will host the annual PRIDE festival in June. Community members, performers, and supporting organizations will come together for a day of affirmation and solidarity. At minimum, all events will be streamed. We need your creativity, your voice, and your energy to create the best celebration possible.

Assuming that public gatherings will be safe by September, HeightsNEXT is hosting a visual arts and performing arts festival in Kordiak Park! Enjoy food, activities, live performances, and art for everyone. Local artists and performers are encouraged to apply.
