Dear Friends and Supporters,
In response to the health crisis caused by the COVID-19 virus and to protect the health and safety of our clients and employees, we have had to close our Community Office at Gish Road. Our advocates are maintaining limited services by phone and clients are encouraged to contact their advocates if there is a crisis need. Email is the best mode of communication with our team. During natural disasters or large scale emergency situations, our community is under great stress and domestic violence tends to increase. We will continue to provide the most essential services and have made a few adjustments that we would like to share with you.
Our emergency shelter and 24-hour crisis line remain open. If anyone needs our help, they are asked to call (408) 279-2962.
All meetings and gatherings have been cancelled through April 7. Our Support Groups and all Kids Club sessions have been cancelled through April 7th as well.
Therapy appointments will be done via Skype or Facetime.
We are monitoring the situation daily and at this time, we are unable to take donations of clothes and other items. We ask that these items NOT be dropped off at our door. Instead, the most helpful thing you can do is to consider making a monetary contribution (small or large) to Next Door Solutions.
Help Survivors and their Children at Next Door Solutions!
On behalf of our staff and Board of Directors, we appreciate your continued support and we are committed to providing the highest quality of service possible at this difficult time. We stand united with our community as we take care of ourselves, our families and each other.
