New Zoning Video to understand Z-35 on Ebenezer Road (See Petition Info Below)

Here's the petition to sign for a new rezoning located right next to the beautiful 50-acre Ebenezer Road Park Bond 2008 property (not yet purchased). According to Zoning code, Ebenezer Road does not meet the minimum road requirements to allow RSL rezoning of this property.
Update: The Planning Commission heard the case on August 2. However, the Board of Commissioners has the final say. The case will be heard on Sept. 20 at 9:00am 100 Cherokee Street near the Marietta Square.

We Re-Nominated all Properties from the Original Citizen Advisory Committee Approved by Cobb County.  Some properties from the list have already been developed, but the remaining properties listed should be saved as intended.
