Making Changes?
Spring is here and with its arrival leads many neighbors to begin exterior home improvement projects. If you are thinking of adding a new roof, repainting, replacing or adding fencing, repaving your driveway or any other exterior change to your home you will need HOA's approval before beginning. This approval is obtained by completing an Architectural Change. Please submit an Architectural Change request form and send to Terry Crawford by email or simply drop it in the black mailbox located in front of the pool entrance.
The neighborhood traditionally has honored all the neighborhood students graduating from high school by publishing a picture along with any future plans.
