Our Abundant Community

The phrase "Abundant Community", a city of Edmonton initiative, has been heard around Greenfield. Our Community League hopes, through the Greenfield Express, to provide ideas and opportunities for people to engage in Abundant Community initiatives on your street. The purpose of the initiative is to:
  • Create strong neighbourly connections on every block, growing a culture of care and belonging in Greenfield.

  • Share your ideas about Greenfield to help the Community League lead the neighbourhood into the future.

  • Find others in the neighbourhood to share in activities and interests that you and your family also enjoy – or want to try out!

  • Share your abilities and skills with others to make Greenfield an even better place to live!

Over the summer, the GCL challenges you to connect with your immediate neighbours. It can be as simple as saying, "Hello, my name is..." or bringing your neighbour a fresh glass of lemonade on a hot day. Happy summer!

Thank you for signing up to receive this Greenfield Express. We will try to fill you in on important information happening in our community and surrounding areas. Our next Gazette will come out for September/October 2016. Please contact if you have any questions regarding this Express or upcoming Gazettes!

Sorry for the technological difficulties we've been having lately, our new website will be up as soon as possible!
