Despite some weather changes, things are still growing like crazy!  We hope you are enjoying the abundance of summer as much as we are!

FGO needs your help! Have you heard of LocalHarvest.org? It's a great website that connects people with local food. Some of you may have even found us through the site!  We are trying to update our listing on Local Harvest to make it more helpful for Klamath Falls community members.  An important part of our listing is customer reviews and that's where you come in! Could you take a few minutes to write a few sentences about your experience with Fresh Green?  Just click here to go to our listing and write a review.  We would be so grateful for your help on this.  As always, we are so encouraged by the support from our community members, especially our CSA members without whom we couldn't do what we do! ~ RECIPE ~
Crustless Zucchini Tomato Quiche
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
1 small yellow onion, diced
12 eggs, beaten
4-5 small zucchini (shredded in a food processor or by hand)
2 tomatoes, diced
3 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease bottom of 9x11 glass baking dish. 
2. Sautee onion with butter and season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Mix beaten eggs with zucchini, green onions and chives. Add salt, pepper and other spices as desired (garlic, onion powder, etc.)
4. Pour the egg and veggie mix into baking dish and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is no longer runny or loose.
5. Remove from the oven and cool before slicing.  Freezes well if you want to enjoy it later!
