Carriages rides are backed for a limited time! The BIA is excited to announce carriage rides will be coming back to downtown Brampton for two special occasions, Valentine’s Day and Family Day! Carriage rides will be from 6:00-10:00 PM on Valentine’s Day and 12:00-4:00 PM on Family Day, rides are $20 per group. Feel free to share this on your social platforms and your clients as an added incentive to come to Downtown Brampton.

Downtown Brampton LOVES Hockey Sale! Hometown Hockey will attract thousands of families to the downtown core throughout the entire weekend. The BIA will be hosting a special "Downtown Brampton Loves Hockey!" flash sale specifically for this weekend to move families around the downtown core and into your business. To participate, you must simply create an offering/promotion (i.e. 10% off your purchase during Hometown Hockey weekend) that the BIA can share with the public visiting downtown for the free family-friendly activities hosted throughout the weekend. Road Closures for Hometown HockeyThursday, March 8 at 9 am to Monday, March 12 at 5 am Main Street North from Nelson Street West/Theatre Lane to Queen Street
Saturday, March 10 at 10 am to Sunday, March 11 at 11:59 pm Main Street South from Queen Street to Wellington Street Queen Street from George Street to Chapel Street/Theatre Lane John Street from Main Street South to Chapel Street, will be converted from a one-way to two-way street for the duration of the above closure
Downtown Brampton Farmers' Market
Due to the delay in construction, the Farmers' Market will be returning to Main Street from June 16 to September 1, 2018. Following that, the Downtown Harvest Market will be located at Rosealea Park from September 8 to November 3, 2018. Information on becoming a vendor will be communicated shortly.
