Cambodia Village 15 School News
July & August 2018
If you believe in the power of education, we can together give these kids a chance.
On Sunday June 10th, over 100 children from our school celebrated International Children's Day with a trip to Wat Puth Kiri in Takeo Province.  Helping out were the Kids Need Education volunteer staff, the teachers, Cambodian volunteers along with Margie and Ian of Aogaah Foundation.

No funds from the school were used for this event. We  would like to thank Bill, who donated $10 per week for a year, and Bryan and the Palm Beach Club, who donated the rest of the funding for the trip.  We would also like to thank everyone who helped out making this an amazing trip for the kids.

Charles’s 2018 Village 15 School Fundraiser

Monday, September 3 - 5:30pm

Please join us for our "FREE" annual fundraising dinner cruise for Aogaah Foundation's "Kids Need Education" Village 15 free School in Toul Kork, Phnom Penh.   This is a fabulous night out and a great opportunity to meet up and socialize with local expats, local dignitaries, visitors, the Kids Need Education (Village 15) Cambodia School staff and the Aogaah Foundation Directors. 

This is also a "GREAT" time of year to come explore Cambodia if you have never been here.

Tour the mighty Mekong River at sunset while listening to live traditional Khmer music and viewing the Phnom Penh skyline.  For complete information on the Cambo Cruise Sunset Cruise - ​Click Here.  The boat will board at 5:30pm, depart the dock at 6:00PM and return at 8:00. 

We will continue to party on the boat for a while when we return, so if you can't make the cruise, come join us at the dock at 8pm.

The cruise and buffet, a $24 Value are FREE with your donation to the school. Charles will also match your donation up to $500.  Cambo Cruise has also insisted on donating the profit from the drinks to the school!  No funds from the school are used. 100% of your donation goes directly to the school and the education of the children.

This is the start of the 2018/2019 Aogaah School year and we have a budget of a bit over $14,000 USD to run the school.  If you are unable to  attend, you are invited to make a donation  via credit card or PayPal. All donations go exclusively to the education of the children attending the Village 15 School. There is no administrative cost. 

Kids Need Education Cambodia and the Village 15 school is made possible by people like you!

There are a bunch of little kids that want give a big thank you to George! 

On June 17th, local expat George Brom threw a party for the kids at the school with free food and drinks.  The kids had a great time and really enjoyed the food.  Here are a few pictures of the event.  More pictures are available on our Facebook page.  Thank you so much George for caring and giving these kids a great meal and a great day.  Also our many thanks for the volunteers and staff that helped out with the event. 

We are blessed with individual donors and companies that help our school.  Our school and efforts are totally funded by donations. We are forever thankful for the difference that you are making in the lives of these kids.  Please accept our sincere and heartfelt thank you!  "arkoun" in Khmer)

Donations fund our little school.  100% of all of our received donations are used for the education of the children.  There is no paid administration or executive offices.  The only paid members of our foundation and school are the teachers...everyone else in our organization are volunteers.
