Our Community - Get To Know

seated Dr Max Richter Research Fellow - Indonesian Engagement and Danny Ardianto - FIT Research Student and Co- author of Berlayar: Perjalanan Mahasiswa Indonesia Meraih PhD.

We have a strong community of FIT and Monash colleagues and alumni in Indonesia and Monash is held in high regard. This was clear at a Monash Doctoral Information event held recently in Jakarta. The event was organised by Monash Global Engagement via the new Monash Indonesia Representative Office. (MIRO) and included the launch of a book 'Berlayar: Perjalanan Mahasiswa Indonesia Meraih PhD' . Written by seventeen Monash PhD students from Indonesia, three of the co-authors are FIT PhD students; Danny Ardianto, Hadi Hariyanto and Sandra Irawan. It was wonderful that Danny and Hadi were able to attend the event and that Danny spoke at the launch.
