Are you ready for your next trip? The travel trades are buzzing with rumors that both the UK and France will open to American travelers this summer -- perhaps as early as May. Vaccinated travelers will get digital 'health passports' for entry and others will need to present negative COVID-19 tests. While Europe maintains strict public health protocols, many Americans will be happy to mask up, skip museums and discover the region's great outdoors.
