Creating Connections

Eltham Arts is thrilled to receive funding from the Arts Council for our next project - Creating Connections.

It's a project about letter exchange between two generations. Letters exchanged will inspire storytelling for young children to visualize their understanding of the content of the letters and support their representation of ideas.

This is an opportunity for the local community to get involved.

Our creative practitioners will be working with teachers, children and senior citizens to evoke, inspire, imagine and create stories through letter writing.

Dear friends

You are invited to join in with a local project which aims to inspire you and others.

You can participate from home in our inter-generational letter-writing project. It's our latest project to help address the wellbeing needs of our community through the arts. We think this is a lovely way for us all to reconnect during these challenging times.

As a first step, we are now looking to recruit participants who are 50+ and live in the SE9 area for a free online letter writing workshop on 6th November (please register you interest here).
