Local fish now available at SLO Saturday morning market

Wild Local Seafood Company will now have a booth at the Saturday market (8–10:45 a.m., at the World Market/Embassy Suites lot). Check out our blog to see the company's offering of a wide range of fresh seafood from California, including halibut, white sea bass, Pacific red rock cod and more.

Say cheese! New vendor at two of our markets

Combining old-world European recipes and California dairies, Vintage Cheese Company now has a booth at the Wednesday Arroyo Grande and Thursday Morro Bay farmers’ markets. Ryan Davis, a one-time high school economics teacher with a separate business career, began making cheese six years ago. Read more in our blog.

What’s in Season Now

There are 5 distinct types of lettuce: leaf, romaine, crisphead, butterhead and stem. It's heart healthy and has vitamin C and beta-carotene that work together to prevent high cholesterol.
