The Evelyn Assembly is being held TODAY Saturday 14th March 11.30 to 2pm at The Evelyn Community Centre, Clyde Street, SE8 5TW.
The agenda is available HERE and it includes discussion of the priorities for NICL spending in the Evelyn Ward,
Priorities have been set by residents via the CommonPlace platform over the last few months. They are as follows:

Open/Green Spaces and Nature
Transport and Streets
Discussion will inform further development of specific project ideas. During the development process, there will be ongoing resident consultation to inform final decisions and the shape of final projects.

This is an email to let you know that after taking advice from Public Health Lewisham, currently
WE ARE GOING AHEAD WITH OUR PUBLIC MEETING
Saturday 14 March 2020 – meeting time 12noon-2.00pm at Evelyn Community Centre
We are asking you to arrive from 11.30 as we are introducing new sign in procedures and hand washing protocols etc. to help mitigate any transmission of Covid-19.
We are asking that you take care of yourselves. If you are feeling unwell, or have any serious underlying health issues, have recently travelled to a high risk area, that you don’t put yourself at any risk by attending. We totally understand if you have any doubts or concerns about attending and will look forward to seeing you next time, or receiving feedback by email.

Pens for all attendees
Signage – to wash hands
Small tissue packs
Latex free gloves
Anti-bacterial wipes for surfaces
We will have disposable cups, but please feel free to bring your own travel cup if you have one
We will be serving individually wrapped food items on this occasion to ensure no cross-contamination.
We will be mindful of wiping down coffee / hot water pots regularly with AB wipes provided
