Մայիս 27, 2016-ին, Հայ Օգնութեան Միութեան Կեդրոնական վարչութեան ատենապետուհի՝ Գարոլին Շմաւոնեանը,  ՀՕՄ-ի Հայաստանի Շրջանային վարչութեան և ՀՕՄուհիներու ուղեկցութեամբ այցելեց Երեւանի Մուրացանի անուան կեդրոնական զինուորական հիւանդանոցը՝ տեսակցելու և զօրակցութիւնը յայտնելու ապրիլեան պատերազմին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի սահմանին մարտական գործողութիւններու հետեւանքով վիրաւորուած զինուորներուն: 

Ատենապետուհին նշեց, որ ՀՕՄ-ի համահայկական մեծ ընտանիքը զինուորներուն կողքին է:  ՀՕՄուհիները վիրաւոր զինուորներուն մաղթեցին շուտափոյթ ապաքինում եւ հերոս զինուորներուն շնորհակալութիւն յայտնեցին իրենց հայրենասէր ծառայության համար:

ARS Central Executive Board Chairperson Caroline Chamavonian, accompanied by ARS Armenia Regional Executive members, visited the Artsakh wounded recuperating in the Mouratsan military hospital in Yerevan, Armenia. She thanked the wounded for their heroic service, wished them a speedy recovery and relayed the ARS worldwide family's support for them.
ՀՕՄը անմիջական օժանդակութիւն կը յատկացնէ
 հայ զինուորին եւ Արցախի ժողովուրդին
The ARS provides relief aid to the soldiers and the people of Artsakh
Արցախի դէմ գործուած ազերի յարձակումներուն առաջին իսկ օրէն, ՀՕՄը անմիջապէս արձագանգեց անմիջական օժանդակութիւն ուղարկելով տարահանուած ընտանիքներուն, ազատամարտիկներու ընտանիքներուն, եւ զինուորներուն: ՀՕՄի միաւորներուն եւ բարերարներուն ճիգերով, Կեդրոնական վարչութեան միջոցաւ կարելի եղաւ նիւթական օժանդակութիւն ուղարկել Արցախի եւ Հայաստանի ՀՕՄին ու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետութեան:

ՀՕՄի Արցախի միաւորը կեանքի կոչեց տարահանուած ընտանիքներու դպրոցական երեխաներու օժանդակութեան ծրագիրը, որուն ընդմէջէն դպրոցականներ կը ստանան նիւթական նպաստ՝ հագուստեղէն եւ կօշիկ ձեռք բերելու համար: Առաւելաբար, նորածին ու մինչեւ վեց տարեկան երեխաներ ունեցող տարահանուած ընտանիքները կը ստանան նիւթական օժանդակութիւն՝ հոգալու համար անոնց հիմնական կարիքները:  

ՀՕՄ-ի Արցախի միաւորը աշխատանքները կը կազմակերպէ համագործակցելով ԼՂՀ-եան առընթեր ստեղծուած յատուկ յանձնաժողովին ու ԼՂՀ Սոցիալ-ապահովական նախարարութեան հետ:

From the very first day of the Azeri attacks, the ARS responded immediately by sending early assistance to displaced families, families of frontline soldiers, and soldiers on active duty. With the efforts of ARS entities and private donors, the CEB was able to financially assist ARS/Artsakh, ARS/Armenia and the Artsakh Government.

ARS/Artsakh initiated a program of assistance for the school-age children of the displaced families, which allots necessary funds to secure clothing and shoes for the youngsters. Displaced families with newborn babies and children up-to 6-years old, receive financial assistance to take care of essential needs.   

ARS/Artsakh coordinates its assistance work with the government appointed Special Commission and the Artsakh Ministry of Social Security.

ՀՕՄ-ի Հայաստանի միաւորը եւս նոյն թափով կ՛աշխատի օժանդակութիւն ուղարկելով դէպի Արցախ, ինչպէս նաեւ այցելելով վիրաւոր զինուորներուն, որպէս ՀՕՄի համամիութենական աջակցութեան անբաժան մասնակից:

 Շրջանային Վարչութեան գրասենեակին միջոցաւ Արցախի սահմանամերձ շրջաններուն զանազան ուղղութիւններով օժանդակութիւն ուղարկուեցաւ՝ զինուորներուն, տեղահանուած ընտանիքներուն,  եւ վիրաւոր ազատամարտիկներուն: 
Սփիւռքի զանազան երկիրներէ, հայ վարժարաններու աշակերտները նամակներ ղրկեցին հայ զինուորին՝ փոխանցելու համար իրենց մաղթանքներն ու քաջալերական խօսքերը։ Դիտել 
 

As integral part of the world-wide ARS structure, ARS/Armenia also strives with the same zeal to assist Artsakh by sending essential necessities, visiting wounded soldiers and catering to the needs of their families.

Through the offices of the Regional Executive, material assistance was dispatched to displaced populations, on active duty and wounded soldiers, all along the frontline areas of  conflict.  

From various parts of the Diaspora, pupils and students of Armenian schools wrote letters of encouragement to Armenian soldiers, expressing their affection and admiration.

Փոքրիկն Անահիտը

Որպէս երախտագիտութեան եւ աջակցութեան արտայայտութիւն, ՀՕՄ-ի ներկայացուցիչները այցելեցին Ապրիլեան քառօրեայ պատերազմին Թալիշի մէջ զոհուած ազատամարտիկ, Հրաչ Գալստյանի ընտանիքին։  Հրաչի այրին՝ Անուշը, ՀՕՄի Ախուրեանի «Մօր ու Մանկան» Ծննդատան մէջ, Մայիս 6, 2016-ին, ծնունդ տուած էր փոքրիկն Անահիտին։

As an expression of gratitude and solidarity, ARS representatives paid a visit to the family of Hrach Galsdyan, a soldier martyred on the Talish front during the 4-day war, whose widow, Anoush gave birth on May 6, 2016, to baby Anahit at the maternity ward of the ARS “Mother & Child” Health Center.

Օգնէ՜ Արցախին. Մասնակցէ՛ ՀՕՄ-ի Ստեփանակերտի «Սօսէ» Մանկապարտէզի վերաշինութեան։

Help Artsakh. Contribute to the reconstruction of the ARS «Soseh» Kindergarten in Stepanakert.

The original building housing the "Soseh" Kindergarten in Stepanakert built in 1953, was demolished and a new 6,000 square feet building is now under construction with 8 classrooms and 2 main halls.
