Tonight's Modern Masters Event at the Linen Building

TONIGHT!!! Idaho Modern and Herman Miller will be hosting Lucia Dewey Atwood, Director of the Eames Foundation and an Eames granddaughter. She will be speaking about her work with the Getty Center and the Eames Foundation to conserve and preserve the Eames House, also known as Case Study House No. 8.

The building is a landmark of mid-20th century modern architecture located in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles. It was designed and constructed in 1949 by husband and wife Charles and Ray Eames to serve as their home and studio.

Tonight's event will take place at the Linen Building located at 1402 W Grove St
Boise, Idaho 83702. Doors open at 5 p.m. for social hour, presentation to begin at 6 p.m. No-host beer and wine provided by Highlands Hollow and Zhoo Zhoo Wine.

Tickets can be purchased at the door. Cost is $20 for members of Preservation Idaho or $25 for non-members (plus any service fees). Read more about the event by clicking the link below.
