Easter long weekend opening hours
The long weekend is just around the corner. Lords will be operating with reduced hours, so be sure to plan ahead to make sure you can fit in your workout.

Friday 14 April – Closed
Saturday 15 April – 7am to 6pm
Sunday 16 April – 8am to 12pm
Monday 17 April – 7am to 12pm

TRIBE Team Training

TRIBE season three starts on Monday 1 May with a new and exciting program!

Now, as well as your current favourites, we’re offering TribePUNCH, a powerful boxing and kickboxing workout focused on fitness, skill and mental toughness.

A free trial week is running the week before the new season, so be sure to register now at reception to reserve your spot, or to sign up for the new season of FIT, LIFE, CORE or PUNCH.

The April school holidays kick off on Monday 10 April and Lords has some amazing programs that are sure to keep your kids busy. Enrolments are now open so don't let your kids miss out!

Following the holidays, our term programs including Kindy Sport and NetSetGO will return for term two. Visit the website for more information or to download an enrolment form.
Badminton is coming to Lords
From Saturday 1 April, Lords will offer badminton court hire.

Courts will be available for $15 per hour and you will soon be able to purchase badminton equipment from our retail section.

Gym challenge – PUNCH the trainer
This April, the challenge is to complete two two-minute boxing rounds with a gym instructor, to learn or improve your boxing technique.

Workshop – What is TribePUNCH?
Join instructors Michael and Jackie for a workshop introducing you to PUNCH. Watch the instructors demonstrate basic boxing and kickboxing moves and give them a try for yourself.
Details: Thursday 20 April at 5.30pm in the TRIBE room

HBF Run for a Reason
The HBF Run for a Reason takes place on Sunday 28 May and Lords has organised a team for you to join.

Just sign up here to join the team and speak to a gym instructor if you need tips on training for the big event.

The run is a great way to challenge yourself as well as to raise awareness for a cause close to your heart.
See UFC fighter, author and mental health ambassador Soa ‘The Hulk’ Palelei share his inspirational and heart-wrenching tale of struggle, success and resilience at Subiaco Library on Monday 1 May.

Fresh from sharing the stage with the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Soa will discuss his career, personal challenges and his inspirational book Face Your Fears.

This free event is part of Subiaco Library's evening event series and includes refreshments and a light supper. Reserve your ticket here.
