Late last year we conducted a centre-wide survey to get your thoughts on how we can improve your experience at Lords.
We were extremely pleased to see that 94% of respondents were satisfied with the services we provide. The areas we scored best in were staff and instructor experience, friendliness and responsiveness.

The survey also identified areas with room for improvement, such as pool cleanliness and overall facility maintenance. We're eager to address these areas and have several improvements planned for later this year including lighting, bathroom and sporting upgrades. We're also working closely with our cleaning contractor to ensure the centre is kept as clean as possible.
Thank you to all who took part in the survey. We are always pleased to receive feedback and encourage everyone to make use of the feedback forms located at reception.
Disability Access and Inclusion Plan
The City of Subiaco is developing a new Disability Access and Inclusion Plan and we’d love to hear from you.

The plan will assist with implementation of improvements to access and inclusion in regards to buildings and facilities, events, quality of service and more.

You can participate by attending one of our community focus groups being held on Monday, 20 March and Tuesday, 21 March or by completing an online survey by Monday 20 March 2017.
