Friday, December 10 is International Human Rights Day and the date of our virtual Write for Rights event! Letter writing can make a real difference; check out these success stories from previous years!
Please register here, then join us at any time between 4-8 PM (MST) on Friday to discuss and take action on 10 cases of human rights violations in 10 different countries. Write letters, add them to our shared folder online, and we will mail them for you!
We have two exciting guest speakers on our program:
4:30 PM - Natasha Kureshi-Butt (she/her), a mixed-race woman who lives, works, and creates on Treaty 6 Territory; board member with Sister’s Dialogue.
7:30 PM - April Eve Wiberg (nehiyaw iskwêw), advocate and founding member of the Stolen Sisters and Brothers Awareness Movement (SSBAM).
