What's happening at Eden Village?
My name is Zoey. I am 17 and a senior at SEA-Tech Highschool. Should it be approved by the Girl Scout Council I would like to do my Gold Award with Eden Village. I plan to create personalized paintings for each resident by sitting down and getting to know them as well as the things they enjoy or are passionate about. I want them to have something personal to decorate their home and truly make their space feel like home. It is also in the works to possibly do some gardening in the front of the homes.

If anyone has any questions or would like to help out you can email me at

There is also a work day on July 30th from 8-11am with Warner Temple at Eden Village. Bring your work gloves and stay tuned for more details. If you would like to know more about Eden Village please visit their website or speak to Nina Mclean, Sandra Williams or Alison Yeargan.

Summer in the Psalms: We look forward to immersing ourselves in one of the most beautifully written books in the bible. If you aimed to read 2 chapters of Psalms a day, you would finish by the end of summer. I hope you'll join me!
Sunday's Message: David wrote Psalm 40 when he was experiencing trouble all around him; when he found himself in a “pit”. We can trust that God pays close attention to us when we find ourselves in a similar place. This Psalm continues to help point to the goodness of God when we are facing brokenness and despair. We are never without hope!
Creation is our theme all summer long! We are working on memorizing our new Bible verse, Genesis 1:1 "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth." We are also learning a song, "My God is so Big," linked here: Sing Hosanna - My God Is So Big | Bible Songs for Kids - YouTube
