Ode to Will Cameron
I met Will when he was about 14 and in a blink of an eye I was officiating his wedding, baptizing his daughter Millie and then watching him serve as a founding elder of our church plant. It's wild and beautiful how this adventure has unfolded.....

Summer in the Psalms: We look forward to immersing ourselves in one of the most beautifully written books in the bible. If you aimed to read 2 chapters of Psalms a day, you would finish by the end of summer. I hope you'll join me!
Sunday's Message: Our message this week focused on Pentecost, when Jesus sent the gift of the Holy Spirit to his people in Jerusalem after his ascension. The people then devoted themselves to scripture, fellowship, breaking bread, and prayer. These 4 disciplines set the foundation for the early church, and continue to build the church today.
Hope Kids are doing a new series on God's Creation through the summer that kicks off this Sunday. The kids will be learning a new song and will perform it at the end of the summer!

NEW Memory Verse:
"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." -Genesis 1:1

Reminders: It is warming up outside! Please send your child with a water bottle that is clearly labeled if you would like for them to have a drink. We will do our best to remember what your child brought with them, but please remind us at pickup!

Emily and Dan Happick welcomed their daughter Winifred "Winnie" Hayes into the world on Monday, May 23rd! She's beyond precious and the family is so excited to have her home (especially big brother Elliot). Let's help the Happick family out by providing dinner and/or meal delivery gift cards to them in this fun, new season as they transition to a family of 4. They are so appreciative of all the love, support, and prayers from their community -- thank you! :)

Tithing is an act of generosity and a simple response to God's generosity to us. Since we are doing church a little differently, we encourage you to tithe online or send your giving to our post office box. Our gifts support the mission of this church in our community and beyond and we are grateful for your generosity.
