Since Mississippi Today launched in 2016, we’ve made it our mission to produce public-service journalism that informs and strengthens Mississippi.
I’m writing you this week to ask for your help with our spring membership campaign. It’s one of the key ways we raise funds to support the important journalism our reporters produce.
Here are just a few examples of reporting that our members helped fund: we investigated the causes of a teacher shortage, highlighted student and youth-led activism in Mississippi and explained flooding in our state.
This is critical work—the kind that makes our state a better place—and we can’t do it alone.
