District Governor Santhana Naidu

Dear Rotary Family,

February 23, 2020 marks the 115th anniversary of the world’s first Rotary meeting. On that date in 1905, four individuals with different backgrounds and vocations met for a meal in the spirit of friendship and fellowship. It is amazing to see how much we have grown and accomplished over the last 115 years. Even though a lot has changed since Rotary was founded, our commitment to serving others and promoting peace and goodwill around the world has remained the same or grown stronger! As we start a new year and celebrated February as the peacebuilding and conflict prevention month, let us rededicate ourselves to strengthening the connections that make our service so impactful.

We have been able to accomplish a lot this year. I hope that you will be able to join our district conference this year to celebrate our successes. You can see the program and register at:

Let us be sure to celebrate Rotaract and young Rotarians in our district during the World Rotaract Week in March (9th – 15th).

Yours In Rotary Service,

Steve Kiger Graduates from Rotary Leadership Institute
