Workplace Health & Safety Award

The University of Wollongong Workplace Health & Safety Award, established in 2015, aims to encourage, recognise and celebrate staff making significant contributions to improve health and safety performance at UOW.

The Workplace Health & Safety Award is open to all members of staff and postgraduate students as individuals or as part of a team. Selection will be based on the nomination of applicants who meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Excellence in developing and implementing a solution to an identified health and safety issue
• Outstanding initiative in establishing, improving and/or maintaining practices of health and safety
• Overall outstanding achievement or success with demonstrated value in the area of workplace health and safety

The successful candidate(s) will be selected by a committee as per the Workplace Health & Safety Award Nomination Form and send to Julie Croft.
