While the governments of the United States and Canada, along with their imperialist allies, continue their campaign of intervention, media lies, coup attempts, blockades and sanctions against Venezuela - We stand with the heroic people of Venezuela and their right to self-determination.
Join in this month’s picket for Venezuela as we mark 3 years of monthly online events to condemn the U.S. and Canada sanctions on Venezuela and demanding: "U.S / Canada Hands Off Venezuela!" We will have an excellent panel of speakers to explain the ongoing U.S. and Canada interference in Venezuela's internal affairs, especially leading up to the coming Venezuelan Presidential election in July 2024. We will also discuss how we unite to continue to build stronger Venezuela solidarity movement in Canada, the U.S. and Worldwide!
>> Picket action organized by Fire This Time Movement for Social Justice Venezuela Solidarity Campaign, Venezuela Peace Committee in Winnipeg, and Just Peace Advocates with the support of Venezuela solidarity organizations and individuals across Canada.
*** Everyone is encouraged to make protest signs, display banners, or wear t-shirts in solidarity with Venezuela. These can be displayed in a group photo at the end of the online picket! But don’t worry if you don’t have a sign - your participation is the greatest sign of solidarity.
This event will be broadcast from Vancouver, BC, Canada, the traditional and unceded territories of the Tsleil-Waututh (səl̓ilwətaɁɬ), the Musqueam (xʷməθkʷəy̓əm), and the Squamish (Skwxwú7mesh) Coast Salish Nations.

Tendremos un excelente panel de oradores para explicar la actual interferencia de Estados Unidos y Canadá en los asuntos internos de Venezuela, especialmente antes de las próximas elecciones presidenciales venezolanas en julio de 2024. También discutiremos cómo nos unimos para continuar construyendo un movimiento de solidaridad con Venezuela más fuerte en ¡Canadá, Estados Unidos y todo el mundo!
>> El piquete en línea está organizado por la Campaña de Solidaridad con Venezuela del Movimiento por la Justicia Social “Fire This Time”, Venezuela Peace Committee en Winnipeg y Just Peace Advocates con el apoyo de organizaciones e individuos solidarios con Venezuela en todo Canadá.
