EPRA is proudly launching the 2023 Mentoring Programme for Diversity and Inclusion to support and empower individuals in their careers, help them develop their skills and diversify leadership succession. We want to promote an industry that employs and equally supports people of all genders, races, religions, sexual orientations, abilities, ages, backgrounds, appearances, and languages.
Who can apply? The programme is addressed to senior candidates, amongst the EPRA membership, who wish to further develop their career objectives, overcome barriers and increase self-confidence in their workplace. In addition, professionals from C-suite level and management teams from EPRA member companies can apply to become mentors.
How? The matching is done based on an application form that you can fill in online. You will be matched cross-company, either from the same country or cross-country. EPRA is responsible for the successful matching, while ensuring that the programme fosters diversity and inclusiveness.
When? Application process is open now and will last until 30 November. Matching will happen in December with a view to kick-off the first meetings in January. Usually, a mentoring relationship lasts around a year, but this is of course flexible.
