Who can apply? The programme is addressed to all senior level female candidates, both from property companies and investors, who wish to further their career objectives, overcome barriers and increase self-confidence in their workplace. In addition, female or male professionals from C-suite level and management teams from companies member of EPRA can apply to become mentors.
How? The matching is done based on the application form that you can fill in online. You will be matched cross-company, either from the same country or cross-country. EPRA is responsible for the successful matching, while ensuring that the programme fosters diversity and inclusiveness.
When? Application process is open now and will last until the end of June. Matching will happen over the summer with a view to kick-off the first meetings in September. Usually a mentoring relationship lasts around a year, but this is of course flexible.
