Welcome to the fourth issue of the GRESS project newsletter. GRESS aims to improve the innovation climate and conditions for start-ups and spin-offs within the green economy. With partners from Norway, Poland, Italy, Bulgaria and Greece, five policy instruments will be improved through governance measures, new projects, and structural change.

The GRESS project is co-funded by the Interreg Europe Programme of the European Union.
