You don’t want to overload employees with information, yet you want to be sure they know what benefits are available to them. What’s the best way? Debra Corey of the Forbes Human Resources Council advises using a “drive-through” style of communication to reach your employees. She suggests creating a “menu” like at your favorite drive-through restaurant for key topics so employees can “order what works for them.”

Another simple yet effective method is an infographic, which allows you to create a visually appealing, easy-to-read overview of available benefits along with directions to more details. Employees have the flexibility to access what they need, when they need it. Keep these three things in mind when developing an infographic in your benefits communication:
