Good news for a good start to 2020

2019 has been a great year: we reached the milestone of becoming a Credit Rating Agency, the first one for SMEs in Europe registered by ESMA. Top institutional investors started using our rating. Also, for the first time, an agency gave rating coverage to SMEs in a given sector: we chose to start with technology services.

What’s up for 2020? We will increase our impact for sure, together with our stakeholders (SMEs, public sector, financiers). We will continue to further democratize the use of ratings as a tool for financial inclusion of SMEs. Please join the movement and use our ratings.

More ratings of “gazelle” SMEs

“Gazelle” SMEs are fast-growing SMEs (over 20% per year in the last three years), with a turnover of between 5 and 25 million euros and a Net Financial Debt over Ebitda of between 2x and 4x.

Aware of the role that credit rating can play in SMEs' access to fair and diversified financing, our objective is to provide rating coverage for growing SMEs in all sectors of the economy. After completing the publication of 30 unsolicited ratings of "gazelle" SMEs in the technology service sector, we are now working on issuing credit ratings of manufacturing SMEs.

This is the first time that a European Credit Rating Agency registered by the ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority) gives unsolicited rating coverage to SMEs.

We work with INFORMA D&B, a leading provider of business information, that helps us marketing the rating reports by unit or by package to a wider audience.
