Hello The Ones!
We hope all is well wherever in the world this note finds you!
This week we're sharing our diary somewhat - things we'll be dipping into across art, design and business. We'd love to hear what you choose to do, and please share any tips with us too!
Enjoy...

Watch: In the latest instalment of The Conscious Living Project we ask each other 'which living person do you admire most?'. Watch here
Go: This Spring the Barbican has two shows we'll be visiting. First up Richard Mosse's video installation 'Incoming'. Mosse's work charts the refugee crisis through a lens coloured with cutting edge thermographic technology. It's out of this world, truly. Second up is 'The Japanese House' - a fascinating deep dive into Japanese architecture and culture.
READ: The blog of Seth Godin reads like a running commentary on cultivating a more intentional existence, through the filter of business and social anthropology Have a look here
A tip: Keen to keep your brain healthy and challenged? Try using your 'opposite' hand to complete tasks on a daily basis. Your brain will respond by building thousands of more neurons and neural networks, paving the way for a more engaged and sharp mind long-term. Hardeep's nearly ambidextrous naturally (we call it confused) but we'll be testing her all the same!

That's all for now. Remember, stay curious and take active steps in curating your life consciously.
And please reply to this note and tell us what you're interested in at the moment.
Thanks!
