STEM & PLAY
Wednesdays (Preschool) and Thursdays (Toddler)
January 2^nd through 17^th @ 10 AM
Explore the wonders of animals and their habitats during this 3 week program. Siblings welcome. Free. Registration required.

LEGO CHALLENGE
2^nd and 4^th Wednesdays of the month – January 9th and 23rd @ 3:30 PM
What is the challenge? You won’t know until you arrive! It could be a theme, a goal, or a competition. Come show everyone what LEGO masterpieces you can create. This program is suggested for children 5 and up. Free.

WINTER STORY TIME – January 22nd through March 28th
Manheim Community Library offers three story times per week:

Preschool Time is for your 3-5 year-old's literacy preparedness. Your child will enjoy stories, games, songs and activities that will help build a foundation for his or her early learning. Join us for Preschool Time on Tuesdays at 10 AM at the Penn Township Municipal Building or Wednesdays at 10 AM at the Library.

Toddler Time with Stay and Play is a place for your 1-2 year-old to engage with other toddlers, develop crucial fine and gross motor skills, sing songs and listen to fun stories. Toddlers and a caregiver are invited to a short lap-sit and then an indoor playtime. Come learn through play with us on Thursdays at 9:30 AM at the Library.

MOVIE AND A CRAFT
Tuesday, January 22nd @ 1 PM
Join us for a movie and a craft. Ages 5+. Siblings welcome. See website for details.

HOMESCHOOLERS HOUR: MAGIC SCHOOL BUS SCIENCE
Mondays @ 10 AM – January 28th through April 8th
We’ll watch an episode of The Magic School Bus and then have fun with a hands-on experiment or craft. Ages 5+. Siblings welcome. Free. Registration required.

MARSHMALLOW STEM
Monday, January 28^th @ 4 PM
Explore the geometry of building an igloo with just marshmallows and toothpicks. Led by H. C. Burgard teacher Mrs. Colleen Reiner. Free. Registration required.

DUNGEONS & DRAGONS
Every other Saturday from 11 AM to 3 PM – January 12th and 26th
Dungeons and Dragons is a multiplayer tabletop role playing game set in medieval times that allows players to create unique and creative characters such as warriors, mages, and rogues. Using these characters you will go on fantastic adventures that will take twists and turns. Recommended ages 13+. Free

FULL STEAM AHEAD
3^rd Saturday of the month @ Noon – January 19th
Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math for teens. This monthly program sponsored in part by a grant from Williams, will explore a wide range of topics including biology and environmental science, coding, and design. Create fantastic movies with stop motion animation using LEGO® bricks. Students will work in teams under guided instruction to make a digital movie shorty using stop motion techniques.. The best part is their video will be uploaded to Snapology’s YouTube channel, so they can show friends and family their very own video! Ages 10+. Free. Registration required.
