The New Zealand Standards Board would like to advise members of recent developments.


ANZRPTIP 6 - Property Research Guidelines has been finalised. The Best Practice TIP is available to view on the website here. It is effective 1 July, 2020.

The updated and final document in relation to valuation uncertainty Valuation Protocol – Significant Valuation Uncertainty is effective 1 July, 2020. This final document replaces the previous advice given at the onset of COVID-19. 

An updated version of the History of Australian and New Zealand Valuation and Property Standards has been added to the website. This resource is available for members to view here.

An updated version of the Standards Flowchart can be found online here.

ANZVTIP 2020 Valuations for Insurance Purposes exposure draft is open for member feedback until 29 July, 2020. More information can be found here.
