“ . . . one of the main functions of art, in its service to man, is to rouse the imagination from its palsy . . . ”
– John Ruskin
Times are getting cozy! I was lucky enough to be farm sitting recently - the goats are crazy! They want to eat my sketchbook! As most of you enjoyed the sketch I sent along last time, I thought you might enjoy some goatage this month.
And I made this for you. You can put it in your e-mails to add autumnal coziness (see instructions below). Happy Autumn!
How to insert artwork into your e-mail:
1.) When you hover over the artwork, an arrow will appear in the lower right corner. Click on the arrow and your download will begin.

2.) Go to the place in your computer where downloads are stored and look for "unnamed.png". Click on the file name and change it if you like, and put it somewhere you can find it easily.

3.) Insert into e-mail as an inline attachment:
-If using Gmail: click on the image icon at the bottom of your composing window (it's in line with the attachment paperclip). Chose "upload" and find the file. It will insert the file directly into your e-mail! Click the image if you would like to adjust the size. Beautious!
-If you are using Yahoo: first attach the image as a regular attachment. Then click the plus sign on the bottom right to open other attachment options. Chose the image icon at the top (middle), click on my artwork and it will insert into the body of the e-mail. Click on it there to adjust size. You'll probably want to remove the extra attachment.

4.) Send! Spread the enjoyment!
Bonus at the bottom of the page!

This book was made for a classroom of students with significant special needs, but it's also great for kids who are learning to read or learning English. It's non-political, it's cozy, and it's only $4, but you have to print it yourself (see what I did there?). Reply to for your copy!

My "newsletter" is an avenue for gifting my art on a regular basis, in an effort to enhance every day lives by making hand-made art a more integral part of them. The point is to enjoy the art, learn about appreciating art, and use the art to brighten others people's days. Thank you for being a part of it!
