University of Florida Levin College of Law is excited to offer a new option for foreign-educated lawyers interested in our tax LL.M. who also seek to take a state bar examination.


Three-Semester Tax LL.M. with a Concentration in U.S. Law
  • Combines UF’s leading LL.M. in Taxation or International Taxation with coursework that will prepare you for select state bar examinations.
  • Designed for attorneys who do not have a U.S. J.D.
  • Provides the opportunity to apply for International Student Interview Program and Tax Attorney Recruiting Event positions.
  • Allows flexibility to start in Spring (January) or Fall (August) with those starting in January 2021 able to attend virtually during the first semester.
Best combination of prestige and cost among top law schools for tax
  • All Latin American and Caribbean attorneys who enroll are considered for specially designated scholarships providing in-state tuition (currently $10,605 each semester) and a $500 award each semester.
  • Well-credentialed attorneys outside Latin America and the Caribbean are considered for scholarship awards.
