Ashley Zanetell -  I had a successful triathlon career through high school competing for the Duathlon National Team and also hitting top 10 and top 5 national rankings in ITU and USAT. I took a loooong break through college and 2016 was my first season back to the sport. I had a great comeback this summer with RTC snagging 3 for 3 top 3 overall finishes! I have had the privilege to work with some amazing coaches and gained tons of knowledge about triathlons, duathlons, swimming, biking, and running that I love to share! I am so excited to be a board member and bring my passion and knowledge for the sport to the group!
Jacy Hibbard -  I started working out with the club to prepare for a triathlon relay where I was completing the 1mi open water swim portion. While working out with the club I found friendship, camaraderie, and support that eventually convinced me to join. I had no real interest in ever actually competing in a tri and was more interested in staying fit through swimming, however the triathlon bug did bite and I competed in 2 sprint tris this summer. I was shocked to find that I was competitive in the Athena division, winning 1st and 2nd place in those races. This off-season I hope to leave the Athena division and race in my age group, competing mainly against myself as a judge for my personal gains as an athlete. I hope to be able to grow the club through the same attributes that made me join. We have always been and will always be a member driven club, where everyone is welcome and camaraderie and support are our driving forces. I’m confident, that every athlete can find a home with the Rock Tri Club no matter if you swim, bike, run, or tri!
Kristin Adams is the owner of 2 elements massage studios in castle rock. Kristin has competed in few sprints and an Olympic distance triathlon. She just learned to swim in open water and also loves running (she's completed over 15 half marathons) and is looking forward to learning how to ride a bike with clips. Kristin believes that getting a sports massage pre and post race is very helpful in reducing injury and assisting with recovery. Kristin is very excited to be joining the board and will work very hard for the club!
Karolyn Schillinger is employed by The Hartfordinsurance company. Prior to the insurance industry Karolyn was a travel agent in Colorado as well as Washington state. Karolyn was born and raised in Yakima WA.  She started swimming at age 9 and attended Central Washington University (NCAA II) where she swam and became an All American in the 50 and 100 Free, and 100 Fly.  Karolyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. After a 35 year hiatus Karolyn is back in the pool and enjoying the comradery and competition. Karolyn has been in Colorado since 1986 and is married with four children and two grandchildren all residing in Colorado. In addition to swimming Karolyn enjoys traveling and entertaining.
Mike Holmes - I consider myself a multisport athlete since I enjoy swimming, biking, weight training, CrossFit, boxing, golf, hiking and pretty much anything else that is a great workout.  I’m married to my awesome wife, Claudia, who is also a club member. Together we have three amazing kids in this adventure that is our life. The club has provided Claudia and I the opportunity to meet an amazing group of people with similar fitness goals, who support each other and cheer each other on at all levels. Professionally, I am an environmental engineer specializing in regulatory compliance for the Metro Wastewater Reclamation District. I'm also a Commander in the Navy Reserve with almost 19 years of service. I have BA’s in Criminology and Sociology from The Ohio State University and a MS in Environmental Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
